Can I set a preference for female / male guests only?

Yes - you can set this preference in your Host account, and we also encourage you to also mention this in your house description, for example by stating ‘Female Guests Only’. We cannot guarantee you will only receive requests for your preference , but please be assured that you can reject any request that comes through at any time.  You are not obligated to accept a request that you are not comfortable with.

Please take the time to liaise with the potential guest and ensure you are comfortable to accept their request, which will enable them to then proceed to make the booking.
