How am I protected for No-shows / Cancellations?

Deposit Payment Option

Hosts can opt to work with our 25% deposit model.  For this model, Homestay will process 25% of the accommodation total from the guest at the time of booking and pass this amount to the host when the guest has checked in.

Please note we use a third party payment provider for this service. Should you wish to avail of this model, you need to select it in your Host account and proceed to register with this payment provider, adding your bank account details for these payments. You must then collect the balance owing directly from the guest on arrival. This 25% is refundable to the guest should they cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival.
