Will I be notified of confirmed bookings?
Yes. You'll receive an email and an SMS notification each time a new booking is made. You'll also receive a reminder email three days before the guest(s) arrive (unless the booking is made within three days of arrival).
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with honouring a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. You should not contact the guest directly.
