How do I refund a guest?
In the event that you have to issue a refund, we would recommend that both parties liaise and come to an amicable agreement that is fair and reasonable for both sides.
If you collected full or part payment prior to arrival, and the guest cancels or shortens their stay, any eligible refund is subject to the cancellation terms clearly stated on your profile and agreed between both parties on booking.
