About Homestay.com

Heart placeholder

Homestay.com is a global accommodation booking website for people seeking a real and genuine travel experience. It allows you to book a room in another person’s home. At the core of the homestay experience is a host being present to welcome the guest into their home.

The Homestay Hub is an initiative that provides NHS employees an opportunity to find suitable accommodation close to their place of work by staying in the home of a local NHS employee.

Currently running as a pilot program, the private marketplace allows for NHS home owners to advertise their spare rooms by signing up as a Host free of any charge. NHS employees in need of accommodation can then search for available rooms.

After reviewing the room and price of stay, the Guest can make a Booking Request to the Host. Homestay.com transacts a 7% (specially discounted for this marketplace) booking fee from the Guest, which they pay online via credit / debit card to complete their booking.
